Terms of Use

1. Current product status

Athlete Connect AI is an independent product in development operated by Radu Tataru from Chișinău, Moldova. The public website describes a planned read-only training-intelligence service with Telegram or email briefings and conversation in ChatGPT or Claude; production account connections and commercial service are not yet generally available. Features, eligibility, and launch timing may change.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or a future beta of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional beta or paid-service terms will be presented before access is granted. The subscription provisions below describe the intended paid service and apply only when you explicitly purchase a plan. Viewing the demo does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for keeping your access secure, and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the data you request.

4. Permission to access connected data

If you connect a supported training platform, you direct us to retrieve and process the data you authorize solely to provide the functions you authorize, including scheduled retrieval for briefings where approved by the source platform. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace separate provider authorization or required explicit AI-processing consent. You can revoke access through the relevant platform or through Athlete Connect AI when that control becomes available.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• access another person's account or data without authorization;
• copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or build a database from connected-platform data;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with security, access limits, or platform restrictions;
• submit malware, automate abusive traffic, or disrupt the service or a connected platform;
• use the service in violation of law or the terms of a connected platform.

6. Training and health information

Connector output is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional. Use your judgment, consider your health and conditions, and stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms.

7. Third-party platforms and AI assistants

Connected training platforms and AI assistants are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, data, or outputs and are not responsible for changes they make. Access to an integration may be limited or removed if approval, credentials, or platform access changes.

8. Telegram, email, and AI conversations

When these features become available, you can select Telegram or verified email for briefings, your timezone and delivery time, and ChatGPT or Claude for further discussion. Delivery depends on source synchronization, the selected channel, and your settings; messages may be delayed or fail. Notifications are not an emergency or medical monitoring service.

You can stop optional briefings through the available notification controls or by contacting us. Stopping notifications or disconnecting a provider does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Cancellation is described below.

Continuing in an AI assistant requires a compatible account and an authorized connection. A link may require sign-in, connector activation, or sending a prepared prompt; it does not guarantee that an existing conversation opens or that a message is sent automatically. Access limits and any separate ChatGPT, Claude, training-platform, or communication-service fees remain governed by those services.

9. Plans, payment, and renewal

Before any purchase, we will identify the seller and present the available features, supported integrations, usage limits, total price and applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation and refund conditions. Pricing and launch dates shown as examples are not a purchase offer. Free access does not become paid access without your express agreement.

A recurring plan renews only on the terms you expressly accept at checkout. Payments are handled by the identified payment provider. An Athlete Connect AI subscription pays for our service and does not include subscriptions to third-party AI or training platforms unless the offer expressly says so.

We will notify you of changes to recurring prices before they take effect and provide an opportunity to cancel before a higher charge. We will obtain any additional consent required by applicable law. Failed payments may result in a pause of paid features after notice.

10. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

You may cancel renewal using the billing controls provided with your paid plan or by emailing athlete@gagy.app. We will confirm cancellation and the access end date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period unless you request immediate closure or exercise a right to withdraw.

Mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, refund, and remedies for services that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Any applicable withdrawal period, procedure, and conditions for starting service during that period will be explained before payment. We will not treat opening a chat or using a connector as an automatic waiver of statutory rights.

Additional voluntary refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. For a billing error, duplicate charge, missing service, or refund request, contact athlete@gagy.app with your account email and transaction reference; never send full card details or passwords. We will review the request under the purchase terms and applicable law and confirm the outcome and payment method.

11. Intellectual property

Athlete Connect AI's software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in your own data. Third-party names, trademarks, interfaces, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Beta availability

Pre-release features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued and may contain errors. We may limit access, usage, or supported accounts to protect users, connected platforms, and the service.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and any beta service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlete Connect AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or training outcomes arising from use of the website, connector, connected platforms, or AI output. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain unaffected.

15. Suspension, closure, and deletion

You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, partner requirements, or service integrity. We will explain the reason and available review route where permitted. If a paid feature is discontinued or materially unavailable, we will notify you and address cancellation and any required refund or other remedy.

You may request account closure and deletion through athlete@gagy.app. Closing a paid account stops future renewals; retained data and records are handled under our Privacy Policy. Deleting our account does not delete copies already held independently by your AI assistant, mailbox, Telegram, or training platform.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice before they take effect.
